Telephonic/Inside Sales Specialist - Educational Products

Position Overview: As a Telephonic/Inside Sales Specialist at SUPROS, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our educational products to school counselors, independent counselors, and school students. Your expertise in telesales, coupled with exceptional English communication skills, will drive our mission forward by establishing meaningful relationships and expanding our reach in the educational sector. Key Responsibilities: 1) Conduct outbound sales calls and engage with existing and potential clients, including school counselors, independent counselors, and counseling agencies, to introduce and sell our products. 2) Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients through exceptional relationship management skills. 3) Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach and commitment to success. 4) Collaborate with the sales head to refine sales techniques and create best practices. Qualifications: 1) Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. 2) Strong relationship management skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients. 3) Process-oriented mindset. 4) Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a capacity to work independently. 5) Location has to be in India Work Hours & Compensation: 1) This is a part-time remote position requiring 3 Hours of work everyday, 16 hours of work per week, scheduled between 9 AM and 6 PM IST. 2) Compensation is competitive, based on experience and skill level.
