We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our marketing agency. As a remote sales professional, you will be responsible for generating new business by promoting our range of services. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and maximize revenue through effective client acquisition and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Present our services to potential clients, clearly articulating the benefits and value they provide.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Close sales and negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and web-related services is a plus.
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential.
- Earn a competitive commission of 30% on each sale.
- Monthly commissions breakdown:
- Marketing campaign on Facebook or Google: Minimum service cost
of $1000 ($300 commission for Salesperson each month).
- Commission is the only salary
It looks like this: When you find a company interested in our services and that company signs a contract with us, you will receive compensation proportional to the value of the sold marketing services. According to our commission-based structure, you will receive 30% of the total contract value. For example, if the client signs a contract with us for $1000 per month for a period of 3 months, you will receive $300 per month for 3 months, totaling $900. For a $2000 contract, you will receive $600.
The number of clients you bring to us is not limited. If you acquire 10 clients in a month, each signing a $1000 contract, you will receive $3000 per month throughout the duration of those contracts.
We are a start-up agency, so we need to find clients, which is why we offer such a high commission to salesperson.
