I need a CA Professional Geologist

I am a Toxicologist in a 28 yr. old Co. that has a long term contract for Investigation & Remediation of a Dry Cleaner (PCE/TCE) Site in Alameda County, which is surrounded by 4 very large Co. that historically used VOCs and 2 smaller Co. which also did. These Co are all directly upgradient & within 150 ft-2,000 ft from our project. Downgradient from our site are residential dwelling we are the last potential PCE site some of the upgradient sites have 3,000 lf VOC plumes. We want to fully characterize our site then fan out to the upgradient sites and investigate the potential migration of VOCs from these 6 upgradient sites into our property. We have a very experienced Field geologist with 25+ yrs experience in investigation & remediation of HVOCs, a Mechanical Engineer as a field crew, supervised by a 30 yrs experienced Professional Civil PE w/30 yrs. experience. We are in need of a CA professional Geologist that can interface w/County personnel every 6 wks. via Zoom, memorize meeting notes in collaboration w/field Geologist. Hold via Zoom meetings w/Field Geologist for Strategy & tactics, Drafts Workplans circulates to Geologist/PE & Environmental Attorney but have full autonomy to accept or reject any changes. Data delivered from lab PG drafts Geological investigation Reports & makes recommendations. Toxicologist involved w/Client/Budget/Chemistry/Health risk Assessments only nothing else. Women owned Bus. Independent PG can be granted current 4,250,000 Insurance policy upgradable to $9,250,000 soon in his personal name insurance covers PE&O, GBL, Workers Comp add'l 1 Mil, Auto 1 Mil. Anticipated start date on Subsurface Investigation (Extensive Soil/Soil Gas/Monitoring wells) in 6 wks. w/90 day monitoring from 12 permanent Soil Vapor Probes & 3 MW for 1 yr prior to moving offsite.
