I am an American woman, living in Mexico. From your project description, it seems to me that you need someone who is very well versed in American style business and can "jump" right into the job. I would also assume that you need someone, like me, who can write well and has an excellent command of the English language, both written and oral. I have had a varied career (I am now a photographer) but I was in commercial real estate (both sales and leasing) for 16 years and had my own company for which I was the managing broker. After that I worked in the telecommunications industry for 8 years for which I did site acquisition, leasing and zoning. The telecom industry hired either lawyers or commercial real estate brokers for their Real Estate Specialists because it was very important that their employees understood contracts and legal matter in the acquisition, leasing and zoning of properties for antennas and towers. I worked for major companies like Sprint and Verizon Wireless and worked closely with their teams of lawyers and the lawyers for the lessors of the properties. Although I usually bill my time at $20.00 per hour, I am willing to work for less for an interesting job. I am looking forward to talking with you.
