I need a sketchup model built of the block i live in (for a court case appealing against a development). Accuracy is important. We are going to need to build 3D perspectives from various points of view on the block. The buildings only need to be modelled as external polygons with texture mapping - do not need windows, doors or any internals modelled. The file 012960_...pdf attached below has the floor by floor plans for the new building - these are largely irrelevant as we only need the OUTSIDE of the building modelled. Attached is a Google Earth placemark (block to be [login to view URL]) for the block - I note these buildings are already modelled as 3D buildings. You should be able to import this into your Sketchup: [login to view URL] I will add more plans that have the dimensions of the surrounding buildings.

Hello, I have great experience in modelling neighbourhood blocks in Sketchup and I have worked on more than 5 projects that required me to do just this. I have shared some of these models in my portfolio and I hope that when you view them you would find me a perfect match for this job. I have viewed the google map pin and the google earth file and I believe I will be able to export this to sketchup via the guidelines provided in the link you posted. I have been using sketchup for 5 years now and I will be able to achieve that level of detail you require even without the doors and windows that you insist I do not provide.
