I have a dataframe of type timestamp. This dataframe has only two columns. The first timestamp. The second is numerical. In this example the lines are inserted every 5 minutes but there are failures. The programmer needs to scan the entire dataframe and where it hasn't, will insert the date and time and the last number it found. Example: 31438 2021-10-18 21:40:00 0.70864 31439 2021-10-18 21:45:00 0.70869 31440 2021-10-18 21:55:00 0.70840 31441 2021-10-18 22:00:00 0.70813 ....... 31438 2021-10-18 21:40:00 0.70864 31439 2021-10-18 21:45:00 0.70869 31440 2021-10-18 21:50:00 0.70869 <---- 31441 2021-10-18 21:55:00 0.70840 31442 2021-10-18 22:00:00 0.70813
