Buscando un Ing. de SIstemas con experiencia en la gestión de múltiples proyectos en la industria de la tecnología. El objetivo principal es coordinar y supervisar de manera eficiente la planificacion técnica y coordinar el trabajo de los programadores, junto con el Lider funcional. El candidato ideal debe tener competencia en el uso de Trello o similar. Habilidades y experiencia: - Español fluido, dominio del idoma Ingles y deseable manejo de Portugués - Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos y experiencia en la industria de la tecnología. - Conocimientos tecnicos de programacion Full Stack, microservices y cloud computing - Conocimientos en ReactJS, Flutter, Laravel, Python e IA - Competencia en el uso de Trello o un software de gestión de proyectos similar - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización. - Habilidad para priorizar tareas y cumplir con los plazos. - Persona proactiva y motivada que puede trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo. Tareas a realizar: - Coordinar con los programadores el plan de desarrollo y el modelo de datos para el proyecto a construir (usualmnete son plataformas web SAAS y Apps) - Definir las tareas del equpo (front y backend) - Participar y asesorar al lider funcional y equipo de diseño en temas y consultas de funcionalidades La forma de pago sera mediante la asignación de coordinación por proyecto, usualmenete un proyecto tiene un hito de diseño y 2 de desarrollo, el lider tecnico participara en uno de ellos para realizar el analisis de datos, coodinar el trabajo de los programadores y dar soporte a temas tecnicos y dudas del equipo. Se asignara un pago de USD 100 por hito planificado y coordinado, tenemos mas de 20 proyectos en marcha y asignaremos de entre 5-10 proyectos para poder ser coordinados en uno o dos hitos cada proyectos segun se requiera. El horario es a coordinar pues tenemos programadores en todo el mundo.
