Add extra section to an existing Single Page App

We are looking for an experienced Front End Professional able to create a certain block of functionality and add it to an existing Single Page Application developed with AngularJS v1.3 (plus mobile version of it). The application itself is basically a web page with a sidebar. Data received as a JSON structure by the REST API call. The block will seat between existing sections of one of the page. Specific technologies required: - JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, AJAX, RESTful HTTP - Bootstrap, Sass/CSS Skills - pixel-to-pixel Photoshop - The knowledge of Python and Django is not needed to do the work but preferably the candidate would posses those skills for any future work on the same project. We expect the candidate to use the best practices and style guides of the front end technologies used. The task description: The block appears to be a styled accordion with some descriptive information in it. There will be few values that should be retrieved via HTTP request. In addition in the block there is a button for "Providing Extra Information" and a simple two step email input field. Plus a mobile and tablet version for same block. Mock-ups available by request. Original designs will be provided in PSD after candidate is approved. If you are approved you: - are responsive e.g. respond when needed, available on Skype/Slack - ask as many questions as you can to understand the task well - do it as you say - code with proper variables/functions names, comments The project environment: The backend is run by Python. As a front end framework for Python we are using Django v1.8. AngularJS application is injected in Django templates. You should be able to set up the environment with the documentation provided. We use Git as our VSC so you will be working on separate branch. Please be aware that if you meet all the criteria and perform the job successfully we would like to propose a long term engagement.
