Expert Wordpress guy to build a new site

Hi guys, I need a wordpress site built with all features and plugins working. We will do it this way : The site has to be full responsive and should be able to view on phone tablet laptop with different screen resulation. phase 1: Convert all PSD to HTML . will do QA on it and make sure everything is in its place. I need industry top standard for coding css4-5. I will not listen excuse in the middle of the work. phase 2: integrate all features. make all plugins working. We will do QA. Note: work must go on our server. no exception Take a look at the snaps of the pages. we are still designing some of its remaining pages. So will provide them during the work progress. YOu need to communicate with me daily and report to me. Either I or my manager will be with you 24/7 hours.
