We are looking to update a very old, independently developed windows program that was used in conjunction with a PC baseball game (High Heat 2003 by 3DO -- now defunct). We still use the program for a sim league website that uses High Heat 2003 to simulate baseball seasons ([login to view URL]). It's been going since around 2003 or 2004.
The program is just an add on in order to manage rosters for the teams (not created by the game company).
It's called HHManager and can be downloaded here: [login to view URL]
I am curious if it would be possible to make this program any of the following:
-- More user friendly in any way
-- Have an updated look
-- Web based or Mac compatible
-- Include drag and drop functionality
-- Mobile app (not a priority, but would love to hear ideas and quotes on that possibility)
There are also a few bugs people have reported, and a few pieces of information that people would like displayed in the program that aren't currently.
It is entirely possible that access to the original PC game would be necessary. If so, I have two copies on CD. I currently run one on Windows 10.
Someone with a knowledge of baseball statistics would be a bonus, of course.
I made the following videos to help new owners that show the program in action:

We would love to hear ideas from those interested in how they could make this project work, even offer ideas that we hadn't considered.
I have just achieved my IT grade and i´m really excited to keep working on what i really like
I work recently for my university updating TinyOS and MoteWorks system support on WIndows 98
