I am a mechanical engineer dealing with industrial design and manufacture of parts from steel, aluminum, plastic, iron, rubber, wood and others. I have more than 25 years of manufacturing experience in large automotive company, mainly engaged in designing and manufacturing of machines and machine elements, measuring devices and technology, tooling and instrumental equipment, production of large parts and many others. But I'm also designed and manufactured components for the manufacture of boilers, radiators, heaters, transport packaging, machinery for the food and pharmaceutical industries, agriculture, mining and others. I have experiences in movement analysis, rendering, 3d printing, visualization, animation, programming for 3,4 and 5 axes CNC machining using ISO, Siemens and Heidenhain programming languages. Manufacturing of parts, tools and equipment for manufacturing using full range of technologies like machining, casting, forging, assembling, welding, cold and hot stamping, tooling, heat treatment and others.
