Create an application used to import appraisal reports submitted in XML format. This can be considered a service oriented architecture. The application will allow the recipient of the XML file to view and make annotations directly onto the file. It will allow the recipient/user to change information on the XML. It will allow the user to make comments within the application. It will allow the user to find words on the XML document and make edits. There will be an area where the user can ask fabricated (by the user) questions about the XML (which are changeable from time to time by admin).

I am Java developer with 10 years experience. I work with an MNC and have worked in small organizations in the past. Therefore I am quite familiar with appraisal process used in these places. For front end I plan to use Angular JS which will enable creation of a rich and responsive GUI that works on all browsers without dependency on extra plugins (like Flash or Java). In my past experience I've worked on SOA based architectures based on REST APIs and XML. This allows the backend or server to be portable with non-web clients too. For backend I plan to use Java and MySQL. Java is platform independent and industry choice for roubust, cost effective and scalable solutions. Hoping to hear back from you. Thanks!
