Following is the scope of the tool : 1) Client will be doing survey of golf courses, where he would be collecting geo-location of each target holes in kmz format (Google earth). 2) We need to push these survey points in a database, mostly Postgres or any open source. Each point will have XY co-ordinate, Unique ID and Description field. 3) We also have to design a control panel where user will enter the serial number which will be stored in a database. and the above location data will be accessible only to those serial numbers. 4) All the above data should be encrypted when sending to the customer.
