I need help coding a part of my WordPress website. In short it is a marketplace that uses a plugin to offer vendors shipping options and to print labels. The plugin allows vendors to add adjustments to live shipping rates. I want to hide this feature from vendors and add a flat $0.05 rate per label globally across the board to make up label cost fee. Plugin support gave me the following but I have no coding experience to know what this means. Override the `MARKETSHIP_PATH/includes/integrations/wc-frontend-manager/templates/[login to view URL]` template to hide the adjustment fields and either 1. Add hidden input fields with the hard-coded adjustment amount/type in the template override file, OR 2. Add filters on the `shippo_rate_adjustment` and `shippo_rate_adjustment_type` user meta keys so they always return the hard-coded adjustment amount and type
