Very basic web design/product required to be built. Themes will be provided and main page designs. Requirement is for a developer who can add the functionality, involving the following: - Basic login - Interactive form which saves entires to database - Map with locations driven from previous inputs in the Form - Automated e-mail to two parties following completion of a final application form - Ability to remove a previous form 'entry' Will then utilise WIX to create mobile application. Example of input and map requirement. Full detail will be provided upon close. Speed is of the upmost importance on this project, with completion needed within 5 days.
