I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a custom Real Estate Website for me. This website will have a variety of features that will serve various needs. The site is mainly for brokers who can publish their properties on the site MLS-type. - each user when creating their profile should put their personal photo. - unlimited number of users - maximum 5 photos per property. - each property with a minimum of boxes with description (sale/rent - m² - rooms - bathrooms - and a box for short description and comments. - the person visiting the page, by clicking on the property, will be able to see the photos, the information and the contact details. - the homepage has a search engine by country, city, type of property (house, flat, plot, building) and type of business (sale-rent). - A page where the user can write a request such as: I am looking for a 500m² house in the north zone maximum XX price. The contact information of the person who requested it must appear. - a Chat room is a good-to-have but not mandatory. - please take references from SUPER SIMPLE MLS sites in USA or Canada for real estate brokers. Lastly, I am expecting a secure, bug-free, and visually appealing website. If this is something you can do, please get in touch with me.

I've worked on a property portal before which actually communicated and heavily relied on the MLS API that crafting your real estate portal from scratch with or without using the MLS API is something I'm really experienced enough to do for you. I noticed you already gave some details on the fields you'll require used for creating profiles, publishing properties, viewing properties and creating property requests which are quite clear to me but not comprehensive considering there's also going to be dashboards for administration and brokers (if that's required at all).
