website for news (Wordpress + plugins for rating system)

Hi! I want a website for news. It can be built on wordpress, joomla, whatever you can do it better. It will operata like a news feed added by admin only. Users can also recommend news by sending message via a contact box. This news website I want to be specialized on financial news only. People may rate the news whether are influencing the market. What I want to be able to do from admin dashboard: 1. To easily add news. I will mainly copy a few paragraphs from the original article and paste it to my website. 2. The front page will display the title and the thumbnail only as shown in the "[login to view URL]" (if the article has a thumbnail, if not just an predifined "Blank" image). When the article is clicked it will be opened another page with just a few phrases from the original article where at the end of those phrases will be a button "Go to the original article" that will redirect the user to the original article. What people will be able to do: 1. Users will be able to log in via Facebook and Google, for assiging "qualities to articles" as shown in the picture "interstitial-qualities to asign logged [login to view URL]" 2. Users will be able to assign the "qualities to articles" they consider such as "Instrument affected", "Sentiment Up or Down", "Effect duration". The creator of this website idea (myself) aims to inform the users about the existence of specific news but does not intend to recommend the news as good for trading.
