URGENT WEB SITE PROGRAMMING

We need to finish a website pretty urgently. The work itself its pretty easy, below please find a short description: 1. slice, html and css two pages (one homepage + content page) please note that the site is consisting of a big flash header therefore just the bottom part has to be sliced. 2. install an open-source (joomla) or propretary cms to manage static pages. It's neeeded that the cms installed support a rich text editor. The budget for this project is 100$+bonus if you the work will be done in proper way. The winning company will receive another project to do (budget 200$-250$ after the delivery of this one). We estimated that the time needed to do the work is max 8-10 hours. The project will be assigned to the bidder which has the highest numbe r of feedbacks within one hour! We need to receive the work done in max 18 hours from the bid selection.
