Task Manager web application

I am looking for someone to develop a web based task managing system where users can log in and keep track of work which needs to be done. The system should allow call log integration where when a call is being made to a office or mobile number which is registered and linked to the system, the number which is calling will appear on the screen and the user can make notes around the number as a point of reference for any works or tasks to be carried out associated to the number calling. It should also integrate mailing and issue notifications periodically on tasks which need to be carried out. The to do list should remind the user of things to do and these should be ticked off and removed as they are completed. In addition to this work and notes should be able to be shared between linked accounts and automatically slot into their to do list or contact list. Several accounts which belong to a single organisation should also be able to have an internal chat system. Basic financial data should also be able to be added into this such as monthly income and expenses along with daily income and expenses which will be visible in a report and should be accessible by the user. The contact numbers which are logged on the system should be saved for future promotion purposes where users can build a database of their customers and contacts and send them promotional offers periodically. Users should be required to log in to make use of the system and this would be a web based product with potentially an additional app based project following in the near future. To conclude the following functionalities should be on the web application: 1. Call logs which users can save on the data base and organise on their planners and to do list 2. Task manager and to do list with periodically notifications which can be scheduled 3. Task sharing between colleagues 4. Basic financial such as balance sheets and income and expense record 5. Email integration 6. Internal chat system 7. Push out email/messages with promotions to database client.
