Simple Used Car Listing

Apologies to those who previously bid on the “Car Search Function for Auto Web Site” project. The client has changed his mind and has decided on a simple listing of cars available with links to the detailed information pages. Would like to use PHP. MySQL database is available but don’t know if it is necessary for this project. Please advise if your bid is for both the “Essential” and “Additional” features or just the “Essential” Essential Features: ------------------ The company’s off-line stock management system produces html files for each of the cars for sale. This will be transferred to the web server in a predetermined folder. We need you to program the code to create a simple used car listing from the information in these HTML pages which allows user to click a link to view the details. Would like the link to the details to open in a new window (the detail pages are the html files produced by the company’s off-line stock management system and uploaded to the system). See below for sample of HTML file created by the off-line system. The files are standardised. Looking at $30 to $60 price range – if you think this is too low, give me a brief note in your bid as to why. Additional Feature Depending on Cost: ------------------------------------ This feature would be nice to have depending on the cost. An “Admin” section where the company can logon and upload the html files to the web server from the browser window. Will need to clear / delete the old files before uploading the new files.
