I'm in need of a website developer proficient in designing recruitment sites. The envisioned site should feature: - An applicant tracking system: to help manage and streamline hiring processes. - A resume database: for ease of storing and retrieving candidate profiles. - Student profile creation: an interactive platform for students to create and update their profiles. - Recruiter log in view: enabling recruiters to access the site, view profiles, and interact with potential candidates. I'm looking to build a sophisticated graduate recruitment webapp specifically for the Canadian market. On this platform: - Students/graduates will create profiles featuring their education history, skills, qualifications, and work experience. The platform will also support project uploads, resume uploads, and other relevant documents. - Recruiters will have their unique profiles where they can post job vacancies. - The process of job application will be double-layered, allowing users to either fill out a form or upload their resumes, or even both. - Entry-Level Talent Matching that focuses on connecting entry-level talent with job opportunities - Direct Communication between talent and recruiters - To further enrich the student experience, our platform includes Community Building features such as discussion forums for networking and knowledge sharing, an event calendar to keep students informed about career-related activities and an employer branding section for companies to showcase their culture and values. This holistic approach to career development fosters a supportive and dynamic community environment conducive to both personal and professional growth. A standout feature of this webapp will be our revenue strategy which encompasses: - Charging subscription fees from recruiters. - Generating income through advertisement revenue. - Collecting job posting fees. Skill set and experience needed: - Proficiency in web application development. - Experience in building recruitment platforms or similar projects. - Familiarity with payment gateway integration. - Ability to create user-friendly UI/UX. - Proficiency in content writing would be a bonus - Understanding of the Canadian job market would be a bonus. Although there won't be specific job types listed, the website should accommodate all future possibilities. Proficiency in user-friendly design, data management, and recruitment website trends will be highly appreciated.
