PHP Websites Redesigning and Customization -- 2

I have brought a social networking scripts from wowonder ( Functionality like Social Networking) and i want a different looks of my website and i need some modification, changes and make the whole websites on PWA. Looking for a experience professional PHP Developer with good knowledge Back End and Front End of PHP, JavaScript JS, JavaScript Jason, Minify java, CSS, Minify CSS, Bootstrap, HTML, XML, SQL, MYSQL, , Auto Image/Video/Audio compression, GD Library, Mbstring, cURL, url_fopen, PageSpeed. USER 1. New homepage designing, Logo and few buttons designing 2. Login, sign up, settings and front end all pages redesigning. 3. Add some customs field on user profile, Pages, Groups and setting pages. 4. Add some customs fields on inbuilt functionality like.. Jobs, News, Funding, Markets, Events, Movies etc.. 5. Jobs, News, Funding, Markets, Events etc.. some designing changes. 6. User can select Featured Listing at the time of posting.(This facility is not their have to builds) 7. Auto image/video/audio compressor at the time of user download before goes to server. 8. After changes and customization every page should be open in 300 ms to 1000 ms. Use PageSpeed, Yslow, GTmetrix for testing. 9. Add some ad blocks in all different pages. 10. Add some extra functionality on campaign page. 11. If required some changes and functionality in back end after the customization of user front end. 12. There are two type of users Regular User and Pro User 13. Need some setting changes of Regular User and Pro User 14. Need to put some uses restriction on Regular User and Pro User. 15. Add to Home Screen Button ADMIN 16. Admin can moderate all reviews. 18. Different email templates for different purpose. 19. Add admin manager is already there but add some limitation. 20. Need some customization on campaign and advertisement blocks. 21. Payment gateway integration 22. All payments should be deduct from the wallet at the time of checkout 23. All required customization functionality should be there in admin. NOTE: NO UP-FRONTS, PAYMENT WILL BE RELEASE AFTER COMPLICATION OF WORKS, DEADLINE 45 DAYS . I HAVE VERY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH PREVIOUS FREELANCE SO NO UP FRONTS, SO FINAL PAYMENTS AFTER COMPLICATION.
