Being in the BPO industry for several years now, I have learned multitudes of skill sets involved in handling customer relations. I have strong interpersonal skills, able to multi task and manage multiple priorities or assignments in a set amount of time. I am also proficient with the current technology (computer programs, MS office applications, the Internet, email, etc) and I am very much familiar and active in social media. I have been quite dependent on the internet for accomplishing tasks and getting information relevant to my day-to-day activities that's why working online is the best avenue for me to show my strengths and competencies.
