I'm looking for a talented developer to create an intuitive Stand Alone Tracking Board for my team. Our goal is to efficiently track room occupancy, the reasons for occupancy, and monitor users' updates to the room status. Here's what I need: OVERVIEW 1. Project background and description Clients Require the Ability to track Flow in their office. They need to see when a Room(Resource) is in use and the reason it is in use. 2. Project scope User Login for auditing will be required. Ability to allow both internal and external users to access the application without downloading any software Multi Resource Types required. A Graphical Queuing Display Interface will be Required to Display the Information (Per Resource Type) - Visit Reason per resource indicated by Color will be required. - Time Tracking displayed and threshold set to Mange how long a Resource is in use. - Multiple Visit Reasons per Resource Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficient in creating user-friendly interfaces. - Experience with database management systems. - Strong understanding of data privacy and security. - Keen attention to detail. - Ability to implement a clean and efficient design. This system doesn't need to integrate with existing software or use automated sensors, making it ideal for a freelancer who is skilled in creating standalone applications with manual input capabilities.
