Need someone who is familiar with configuring mod_mellon in conjunction with Apache & Nginx to figure out how to set the site header properly

The site is Wordpress and the issue is SAML, which has not functioned properly since we upgraded servers. We disabled nginx and just run apache, but still have the problem. there is a front end site that people login to and they are re-directed to this site once login is successful. we do not have access to the front end site. just this site.
