Job Description:
We will integrate multi-factor authentication when the customer will register using Bill Account Number to the Online Payment Portal
A.) The admin staff will encode these following information to admin and dsahboard
New Customer will provide these following information: Mobile No, Email, First Name, Last Name
B.) When the specific customer account has successfully recorded, the system will push a notification to customer using SMS following these format
Hi, {{Customer Name}}, You have successfully availed to one of our services. Your Bill Account No. is {{Bill Account Number}}. Please use this Bill Account No. for your payment reference. Thank you for choosing us. We are more than just a cable... We are making the best connection!
C.) When customer go to Registration on the Online Payment Portal, the only field that the system will ask is the Bill Account No. then if the system verified that the account num is valid there is a modal that will fetch the initial data recorded in the admin like Mobile, Email, Fname and Lname then there should be additional details to be added like the following:
-Complete Address (record the gps point)
