Fixing cron jobs that are failing following SSL Installation

We successfully installed an SSL certificate on our website a few weeks back. I was able to update our .htaccess file to redirect any http:// website visits to https and the site is showing as secured. However, the .htaccess file has caused our cron jobs to fail. I'm able to manually run the URL scripts successfully for each job, but the 'task manager' cron jobs we have loaded in ISP manager aren't working.
