Hello, I have gone through the requirements and the UI designs in the ppt and understand that you require a web based system for user to make an entry for service call and based on type of service call further approval process takes place. >> Having hands on experience with Drupal CMS and having analyzed the designs, I have come up with following points of my understanding: 1. There will be two users: one who will be an employee who will make an entry to the services call, other will be the admin. 2. The employee will fill up the details of the service call as per the design and required entries. 3. On marking the service call for warranty, admin approval process will take place. 4. System will auto approve the service entry on meeting certain criteria and admin can then apply the invoice and status changes. 5. If the criteria is not met, the status will be changed to hold and later on admin wll have to change the status manually. 6. The person making the entry can view the history of service calls but cannot edit. 7. On the other hand admin can can modify the entries, sort the entries, and send email and notifications. 8.
