Debug for JS code that was converted to PHP

Hello Everybody, please have a look at this web code Lines 364-530: I have written a Javascript code that is working perfectly. view-source:[login to view URL] however, for some reasons I had to convert this code action into PHP so I have tried to create the same code in PHP (the attachment) however it does not work. the code is pretty simple, it takes values from external source (bizportal) using API/Webservice and updates the database of my website by using other (already exist) PHP scripts. the update itself is made by other scripts so you dont have to handle that only to make the PHP (attachment) work just like the Javascript code, means: taking values using API and to use the "insert" scripts that are already inside, called ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) Wordpress login is required to make this script works.
