Hi Freelancers, This project involves 2 tasks. 1) Add an auto-fill function on the page that is shown to the user after he submits a form. The objective is so that the user does not need to fill in his name and email again on the form on the 2nd page. 1st page where user submits the form: [login to view URL] 2nd page shown to user after submitting the form: [login to view URL] 2) Add in an additional 3rd form field to the form on the 2nd page above. [See screenshot] This will be the phone number field. This additional form field will be added in a horizontal way. So all 3 form fields will be in one ROW. We are using Optimizepress to built the page and the form. It is built to work with my email marketing software, ActiveCampaign. However, the form on this page template does not support a 3rd form field which I wish to add. That's all. Thank you for reading
