Create a Wordpress Plugin - Table Planner

Table planner - a unique plugin for wordpress to sort out Events like Conferences or Weddings etc... and where people sit for dinner etc... a csv would be imported with names, how many tables, who is on the tables etc.. here's a full spec of what would be required: Table Planner plugin specification: - Ability to add the venue size, width, height, any other unusual features of the location, not just one room, there could be multiple rooms per venue - Ability to assign names / numbers to tables, including top tables - Ability for the layouts to be saved, re-opened and edited - Ability to export the final table planner as JPG, PNG but also Vector i.e. AI or EPS - Ability to upload a CSV file of People attending with table names and the plugin populates the tables automatically - Ability to add Branding, change colour schemes to match the event, fonts, font colours etc.. to make it visually attractive when its exported out as a graphic so when its printed or shown on a website, it will look good. Must include in the layout the Event title and Event date. Built into this cost must also be amendments as this will be shown to my client as i'm sure there will be tweaks before the plugin is exactly right for their requirements.
