Customize wordpress website with GiveWP plugin

I am looking for a skilled WordPress developer to customize a website and the GiveWP plugin. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating custom designs for WordPress websites and be familiar with the GiveWP plugin. Please review the details below and let me know what you think. VISION: A website where donors can donate to help buy food for households/families in need in various cities. Donors can view descriptions of households, view progress towards donation goals, and track their own donations. Households/families in need can signup to receive food donations (based on review and approval by our charity staff). CUSTOMIZATIONS NEEDED 1.0 Add a selector (dropdown or something else easy) to select a city that represents a form category. The GiveWP plugin has a built-in feature that uses form categories which can be used to filter the forms so only forms for the selected category are displayed. 2.0 Customize header with my desired image, logo, colors and menu. 3.0 Add a Menu with these pages (also create pages): --- Request Food. Include a form with name, city, phone, email, and a few other fields. --- About (include a Contact form) --- Donor Dashboard (enable a donor to register if needed) --- Admin (private) 4.0 ADMIN PAGE: Add/edit/remove categories from the dropdown selector. This should also update any forms with that category. 5.0 ADMIN PAGE: Show a table like the existing "All Forms" table, Add these extra columns: headline, description and category. Allow admin to change these form values (and the Goal value) directly in the table. 6.0 ADMIN PAGE: Show a table with pending Request Food forms. Add these extra columns (Status, Approved By, Approved Date, Approved Amount Monthly) 7.0 Need multilingual support. Need to to allow text in theme and plugin components to be shown in Spanish and English. Spanish is needed initially. But I need an easy way to change everything to English. Kevin can provide Spanish and English text and images. 8.0 Customize the website footer. Kevin will provide text. 9.0 integrate WhatsApp messaging functionality so that I can send messages 10.0 Make the whole theme customized and place all the options on the front end in order to enable making changes in the future.
