Call Centre Web Portal

Hi, I am looking for a developer who can make a call center website: It will be a portal where the companies who have subscribed with us can view their customer's queries. Here are the requirements listed: The portal will have 2 faces 1) Employee/Admin -Appointment calendar - Ability to filter calls according to companies - Adding call details and maintaining customer database - Being able to access all resources provided by clients (like faq's, order forms etc) - Ability to email directly from the portal the orders/appointments/complaints/ escalations to the client) 2) CLIENT FACE - Ability to check all call details - Access to call recordings - Access to call and sales analytics - Ability to check book appointments/ reservations - Ability to check order details - Ability to check their purchased data and its usage - Ability to upgrade their package and make payments at the portal - ability to add/delete card on file - Chat call database Then, lastly Super Admin Access (Management only) - Ability to see analytics ( Calls abandoned, calls answered, Calls missed, time taken per call, number of agents online, who took the highest calls etc) - Employee contracts - Employee data -Client data
