Build an escrow fintech application

We would like to build an escrow payment application. XYZ escrowservice is a third-party service that facilitates the exchange of goods or services between two parties. Customers will use xyz when one party wants to ensure that the other party will fulfill their obligations before they release payment or goods. For example, a buyer and seller may agree to use xyz Escrow Service to ensure that the buyer receives the goods they purchased before the seller receives payment. The escrow service will hold the funds at xyz APPuntil the buyer has received the goods and confirmed that they are satisfactory. Once the buyer has confirmed receipt, the escrow service will release the funds to the seller. Another example is when a buyer and seller agree to use an escrow service for a large purchase. The escrow service will hold the funds in an escrow account until all the terms of the agreement have been met. This ensures that both parties are protected in the event of a dispute.
