AlertPay automatic payment

Hello! I need a Script, that pays my Custumors Automaticly over my Alertpay Account! It will be in a PTC script(YourOwnbux v.3)! The Minimum Payout, per Costumer, will be at least 3$ for his first Request, the Second Request will be at least 5$ and the third Request will be at least7$ and higher! The Script should be like the script from [login to view URL]!!!!But we dont need the costum fields like in the Cywong script, it should be all Automaticly over the script (username, amount...) !The Script must be very safe! So that no Hacker comes in! This Script should be a Instant Payout Script, like Buxout, neo or Sandra clicks! I DONT need a IPN setting script for Instant Purchases, I need Instant Payouts! The main Script, where this Instant Payout script should be Implantet, is a new untreated script! And this is the Primary Point! I need somebody that knows from what he is talking, we DONT need someone that says lets see maybe I can make it! I need someone that says I make it for 100% shure! I had already 2 other People from here that did not get it work! The last one, wantet to Scam me, and i should finish the Payment, and I am happy that I did not do it, because now I see he had no hunch of this Work, he only wantet the Money! I hope this Time I find someone who can make this for me! Thanks!
