I need full team to build me Advanced E commerce multi vendor marketplace website+apps , i will share full details on what specifications and features needed , after i confirm you can do it . main features for now : 1- must be built from scratch PHP +any supporting language needed . and native or flutter for apps . ( no frameworks ) 2- must have great experience with best eCommerce best practices , and you have built similar projects before . 3- must build secure and optimized for speed and handle big data. 4- must apply eCommerce Compliance Checklist (GDPR – PIPEDA – WCAG – PCI DSS – ...etc) 5-must deliver on time , penalties will occur on each day delay , so if you are not of on time kind developers don't apply . 6- all eCommerce standards apply . 7- must be headless script where get more freedom to manage back-end and front-end . . 8- api to connect with unlimited payment gateways and shipping providers easily . 9- must use latest technologies and languages , like PHP MVC. 10- must sign an nda and ip agreements . 11- NO prepayments , only milestones , will release each milestone after finishing each stage of project on time and quality confirmed by our QA team . many other features and requirements will be shared later in details .
