Online Magazine Site Design

I am looking for a Web Designer/Developer, to design an online magazine. The look and the feel of the first page is important, and want few extra banner ads space or modules, whatever aplicable. Members should be able to contribute to the site "articles,etc." If it helps i like to use mambo open source for this site, but not top priority. All i want is to be able to control the content and the layout from an admin background. You might say I am looking for a clone of the sites i will provide.
