Database Sync / Compare with .CSV files - Web based solution required

We have a database that has 1.3 million products. The products table holds all the relevant information about the product. (cost, description, name, status, stock, etc) We have 100s of suppliers, and each of them have a .csv file daily of their stock QTY, new products, etc FULL DESC BELOW ## Deliverables We have a database that has 1.3 million products. The products table holds all the relevant information about the product. (cost, description, name, status, stock, etc) We have 100s of suppliers, and each of them have a .csv file daily of their stock QTY, new products, etc We are looking for someone to write up an intelligent web based program that we can upload a CSV file from one of our suppliers (they all have different layouts) and import it into a database table dynamically. Then it would go to a page that "reads" the info we just put into the database, and displays the raw data (all fields) Above each field, would be a dropdown that would have our product table structure, where we would manually assign that "Column A of the raw data is the price, Column B = Name, Column C = Stock) Etc so this would be dynamic, and we would set this each time we upload. Then the next step is once we match up there info structure with our structure it would do an intelligent compare, and show us the following info before it does the physical import/update 1. How many Products will be effected 2. If anything has more than a 20% increase/decrease in price - it will flag it (make % dynamic) 3. How any products need to be deleted (as they are not on new list) 4. How many New products there are (as they are IN the new list) Once we press "GO" I will update all matching products It will remove (set status = 0) to any products that are no longer in our suppliers list It will add all new products from the raw data, into our database table, and flag it as "new" And that's it - need this done ASAP We are looking for someone to design us a web based program that will allow us to take a .csv file and import it
