Affiliate Program Setup

Greetings, I would like to know if one could customize the post affiliate pro software & HandShakes to do "automatic increases" based on performance. <[login to view URL]> [[login to view URL]][1] For instance: Lets say that I have a website that has a membership fee of $5 dollars a month and the person who invited them receives a commission of $1 a month as long as the membership is active. When "any" affiliate reaches 25 people then the membership increases to $10 a month and the person who invited them now gets a commission of $2 a month as long as that affiliate reaches a certain level his or herself lets say 25 people as well, and this is an automatic increase. My idea is that everyone climbs together and eventhough the membership increases everyone gets paid more based on performance. The dollar amount would be different the concept is what is important, can this be done by you and if so how much would you charge to do it? Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
