Changes to Wordpress theme

I need the following changes made to my themes: -to my category page (archives) in one theme I need to the featured images of the posts to be reduced in size, put to the left, have the post title to the right of it, and remove the post description. -on another theme in the category(archives) just have the post titles listed, without the post description. -I currently have a pin it button for my image that displays outside the image when I hover over it, I want to display it within the image. -I want the format of comments of two of my themes to be changed to boxes like the image I attached and if you can figure out a way to have them in different fonts for each comment that would be a definite plus and please mention that in your bid. -If you know a way users can turn text in a comment box into an image in which they can pin or facebook please let me know, I would like you to do this as well if it is possible. -I want you to make some simple changes to the background of one of my themes. -increase site speed Let me know if you have any questions at all or need clarification on anything.
