Betfair - Data collection tool

A simple console application preferably written in VB.NET that will connect to betfair site and download all available market data for events e.g horse racing etc. simultanously to a database (most likely mysql, postgresql etc). Required features: Configuration of: - username, password for betfair - time interval to capture data (The tool should be able to capture data at the smallest possible interval eg. 200ms) - List of markets to capture OR the Tool will download all market for a particular type of event e.g. "ALL UK HorseRacing races tomorrow" - Database settings to extract market data to. Performance: - The application must be able to download data at small intervals e.g. 200ms for many markets simultanously e.g. "UK Horse races tomorrow" in the most efficient manner possible. Ie. efficient, optimised code, use of threads where possible, minimal processing of data etc. If using the API can the developer advise of any occuring costs due to API use. If the speed difference between api and non-api is negliable, NON-API method is preferrable (due to occurring API costs). Requirements: BETFAIR DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL I would like this available relatively quickly. For someone with the right experience with Betfair, this should be relatively straightforward I imagine. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows VB.NET Database = MS SQL/MY SQL/ POSTRESQL
