ASP.NET remake old website

We want to remake an old university website with a new design. We already have the [login to view URL] we need is an asp.net coder. Objectives: We expect to successfully complete the following objectives through the execution of this project: • Template conversion ??" The content of our web site (480 pages) should be converted to new templates provided by Us. • Accessibility ??" All web content should meet level one of the WC3 Web Content Accessibility. • Cross-browser compatibility ??" All pages should be fully compatible with all modern browsers, including IE 6.0, IE 7.0, Firefox 1.5 and 2.0 (Gecko engine), Safari, and Opera. Content should be viewable in older browsers like Netscape and IE 5.5. Framework: Our website is based on the .NET Framework 2.0 and ASP.NET 2.0. Conversion Specifications: We will provide the Supplier with master pages or a custom page class that all .ASPX pages will inherit. We will handle the conversion of all Web Application based pages. The Supplier will create a staging server where they will perform the web page conversion. We will view and test the project work on this staging server. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith.
