Need a simple Wordpress blog and portfolio

I am looking for someone to help me create a portfolio website and blog based on wordpress. I'm a graphic design student and also a freelance designer, but web design isn't really my passion. I'm doing mostly logo design, corporate image and print design. My passion is typography. The pages I need are: Home, About or Bio, Portfolio, Services, Blog and Contact. What I'm looking for is a simple structure. So I think you can base the design on an existing portfolio theme, and just customize it a little bit (if that's possible). On top of the page is the space for my logo and the navigation. Then the header, where I want a small introduction and then I want to show a featured work (possibly a slider if you can), and the footer (here I want to put a widget with links to social profiles, a sitemap widget and possibly another widget). I attached a sample wireframe and also a picture of a website that is similar to the structure I want. Also here are some links to themes that I like the structure. Some are free. The typography I'm looking for is a an elegant serif. I will search for the typography I want to use (using @font-face) and I will design my own background, logo and other elements. I will need you to help me set-up the blog too. I want to work with a designer/developer that can communicate with me so we can work as a team. I want to work with individuals only, not agencies. This project isn't rush, so I will prepare a complete brief to help guide the winning designer/developer. When bidding please keep in mind that I'm looking for someone that can demonstrate their skills in wordpress, so please submit portfolios of designs that you have coded. If I could see the sites live that would be great. I'm not looking for the cheapest provider, I'm looking for the one that will impress me with skills, and have great communication. I'm also more impressed by quality than quantity of work. So if you are a beginner feel free to send your portfolio too even if your experience is limited.
