German Homepage/Blog about knock-out certificates w.content

I'm looking for a simple cms/blog incl. simple, but not too simple, Design about the topic knock out certificates (don't know if it's the right wording :) ). I've a domain and Webspace. I only need a blog/cms installation incl. Design. I've no problem with a template design regarding the topic finance and certificates. An unique logo would be nice but is not neccessary. It should be totally SEO optimized and containing at least 10 articles all in NATIVE GERMAN. Important topics for the articles: - what is a knock out certificate? - all characteristics of knock outs, describe what they show - emmitents - direct links to the emmitents knock out certificates sites Just think about what might be important regarding this topic. All rights of the articles should belong to me. It should be in line with google (seo) guidelines etc. Adsense ads should be optimized as these earnings are the main target in the future.
