530540 CSS driven site for vinyl stickers / shirt printing website

I am looking for a site using the following technologies - Htaccess, CSS, HTML, php and mysql. The site is to be a brochure site to promote the following services - Vinyl stickers, wall art stickers, car graphics, t shirt printing, hoodie printing, garment printing, logo printing, corporate workwear. An ecommerce/cart is not requires at this stage. Site should be built using same technologies as [login to view URL], will need a back end cms to edit content and add new products/pages. Should be unique, graphical, yet modern, quick to load and also have full social networking integration and links to our eBay stores. Please note this should be coded using .htacess to change between mobile and full versions, CSS styled heavily graphical and unique no templated ektron or joomla sites please as access to full code will be needed and a fully seo compliant site will be expected.
