Create a question and answer site

***READ ATTACHMENT FOR MORE DETAIL*** Am looking to build a question and answer site on wordpress with a twist, users will have to pay for the answer. You should also be able to attach multiple files to the answer or question post. Once a user posts a question they will also say how much they are WILLING to pay for the answer. The questions will also have due dates. If you want to buy the answer then you will have to pay an amount which is DECIDED by the person who wrote the answer to the question. Before they buy the answer the user should be able to see 20% of it as a preview, as well as a preview of any attachments. They should also be able to see the word count of the question. Once you buy the answer you have the option of rating (1 to 4 stars) and writing a review of the person who posted the answer. When someone posts an answers or a question you should be able to see their name,their average rating, the number of questions they’ve answered, the number of questions they've posted, and their display picture on the post itself.
