Convert site to Wordpress

I need a website converted into wordpress and add shopping cart Please bid only if the budget, payment terms and requirements are clear and agreeable for you. I've following requirements: - No escrow or payment in advance; happy to provide multiple payments on milestones delivered - My budget is $100 - Dynamic header relevant to the site section/category - Dynamic left navigation relevant to the site section/category - Body will have couple section/category specific callouts and the post itself - Dynamic footer area relevant to site section/category Add Shopping Cart: - [login to view URL] - Messages on contact us and the purchases should come to admin area where we can respond. This is primarily a wordpress template task. The site has section specific top navigation, left nav, right rail. We should be able to set all the section values. Each section is one disease condition. It is important that you understand the section specific header, left, right column menus and footer requirement. Each category/section has callouts and menus in (header, right, left column, body area and footer) specific to that category/section that should be used for all pages within that category/section of the site.
