Book Publishing House Web Design

We have this website: [login to view URL] We believe that the current web design is not good at all. We are seeking designers who can develop a very nice looking design that heavily relates to the purpose of our small business, a book publishing house. We will keep and maintain the following: 1- The current logo. 2- The current web CMS, Wordpress. (customized to add items, authors, textual content in 3 languages, Arabic, English, and German). The designers must be able to integrate their designs with the existing Wordpress implementation (minor changes could be introduced if needed, and it will be the responsibility of the designers themselves to add them). The type of work we desire looks like this: The designer send us his/her portfolio along with some mockups showing publishing house sites' designs. We pick the most relevant site design(s). We give the designer an access to the Wordpress control panel so he/she sees how the site was implemented. The designer produces the work, we send suggestions, modifications and enhancements. Finally, the designer integrates the final design with the site. This process is very trivial, but we are aiming towards minimizing any kind of hassle and overhead (resulting from communication and back-and-forth discussions).
