Project to be delivered in 3 stages/components: - Develop free App that can create a report and send it on to another user using email - Develop paid App - Develop paid for multi with web interface that can be viewed and managed online. NOTE: Stage 1 will be delivered first and once this is perfect, the coder will proceed to develop stage 2 and then stage 3. Also each stage will be a payment release or milestone. (Total value splitt as follows: 20% / 30% / 50% forming the three payment milestones) Stage 1: - this is a free app that allows the new user to write 7 different types of report that will then be sent to another user through the email client of the sender’s phone. All 7 reports are very similar, just a few questions that differ. Stage 2: - this is a paid app that will require the user to pay a minimal fee (itunes, android) to download the app and use it. The paid app is the same as the free app with some additions: Stage 3 – this is like stage 2 but also has a web interface. It is the ultimate version of the application and will take longer to develop. This is where the company registers on my website and then pays for a multi user interface. Slightly different than stage 2, this version allows a company to view reports generated by their registered users. Web interface: There will be a main login for a company and this will allow the registered user to perform some functions such as – create templates, manage users, view/edit reports, filter reports, forward report, edit report, mark reports as closed, open, etc. (php, my SQL on cPanel) I will also need a back-office login in order to manage the registered companies. Similar to backoffice of OPENCART.
