Tidy up existing turnsheet program

I run a play by email football game. Managers are able to do their turns with a VB6 turnsheet program. It feeds in information that I send to them in zip format although they have to extract the information into the correct folders before the software will work. They are allowed to pick their team and do other actions and the software allows them to Save as they go along in case they need to come back to it later. When they have completed their turn they can press a Send button and the turn is exported as an email ready to send to me. It all works fine but it needs a lot of tidying up. For example replacing boxes for information with drop down menus. Also automating the import process so they only have to press a button on the form to update their information. Also they should have easy import of shirt and badge graphics. As long as the file that is eventually exported and sent to me is exactly the same because I have an import program that feeds the information into my program to run their turns. Can anyone help? I can send all the source code to date so that you can run the program and see what I mean.
